Order pricing is based per photo. Whether you choose to virtually stage a room, add a dusk photo or just remove furniture from a room. Each photo output is considered 1 photo project. Currently we allow free iteration request (unless you have over 2 request for 55 form projects). What if I receive a virtually staged room, and I want changes?
To request a change is free, just make sure to be as detailed as possible with your request. Once a change is started, it may take an additional 24 to 36 hours. With touch up projects, you are limited to 2 free changes.
What all can I change in a room or on the house?
You can add almost any type of furniture to a room. Also we do allow for photoshop editing where requested. We encourage our clients to be completely honest with their clients and potential buyers about the changes made to any photos. We typically only change home features upon special request.
What if I am uncertain of the style I need, but I know I want furniture in the room?
We have professional designers and a talented team you can trust. We actually prefer the permission to choose our own style and preferences for your property. You can completely trust our team to deliver a quality final project.
